Join Famous Homes and Hideaways and cruise along the shoreline to view charming colonial homes, painted in pastel colours, that are steeped in history as well as exclusive neighbourhoods known as “Millionaire’s Row”. We will point out the homes of the rich and famous – such as Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones; James Martin, Pioneer of Texas Instrument; playwright Eugene O’Neal, who’s daughter was married to Charlie Chaplin; and illustrator William Denslow, most famous for his work on the “Wizard of Oz”.
Discover tranquil island hideaways only accessible by boat. See classic Bermuda landmarks such as Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, the oldest cast iron lighthouse in the Western Hemisphere. Be serenaded on the cruise back to Dockyard by Capt. Jamie, one of Bermuda’s best entertainers.
Exciting New Dinner Cruise – beginning in April 2020
Pick up in Dockyard for a Bermuda themed dinner cruise. Price includes a welcome aboard cocktail, either rum swizzle or dark and stormy. We will cruise along the coastline in the west end of the island to capture the sunset and will begin serving our 3 course Bermuda menu, fresh Bermuda greens and cherry tomatoes, fresh Bermuda fish, classic Bermudian side dish peas and rice and local vegetables (when available) followed by Bermuda Rum Cake. One glass of wine during dinner is included. After dinner, guests will be serenaded by Bermuda’s very own, Smooth, Robert Edwards and Jamie Zuill, where they can enjoy a cash bar and dancing. Maximum per cruise is 30 people, so it’s very intimate and comfortable.
Cruise is 7:00 – 10:00 pm and cost is $150 per person.
