Sitting high on a hill in Smith’s Parish, St. Mark’s is one of the oldest and most beautiful Anglican churches in Bermuda. Island residents and visitors have worshiped on the site since the 1650s and continue to do so nearly 400 years later. St. Mark’s plays a key role in the spiritual life of Smith’s Parish. The beautiful bells of this historic Bermuda church call worshipers to Sunday morning service at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday School, for ages 3 to 12, runs concurrently to the 10:30 a.m. service with the children joining the congregation toward the end of the service. On the second Sunday of every month all are in church for the Family Service. St. Mark’s further serves the community by performing baptisms, weddings and funerals. To the community it serves, St. Mark’s is more than just a church, it is a family and all are welcome. Whether you are a visitor to Bermuda or a resident, we invite you to join us for Sunday service. We hope to see you soon.
