Granaway, an elegant manor house built in 1734, looks out on "Granaway Deep" and the sparsely inhabited islands scattered throughout the Great Sound. "Granaway Deep" was a prime anchorage for the privateers in the 18th and 19th centuries and Granaway, as well as several other stately waterfront homes, was used as a storeroom for the "booty".

One of Bermuda's oldest and most charming plantation estates, Horizons has been daydreaming on its sunny hilltop for almost three centuries.
